Personalising Your Settings for Progress

On the 'Me' tab you can enter the following by tapping on the avatar at the top of the screen:

• Name
• Gender
• Photo
• Height

From the Me tab, you can also do the following:

• Set a goal
• Choose the measurements that you track
• Set reminders
• Set your preferred first day of the week
• Back up and restore your data
• Set security preferences
• Enable the sync with Fitbit
