How do I move my data to a new iPhone?

If you have iCloud sync enabled for Progress then your data will be backed to iCloud and you will be able to restore your new device from an iCloud backup: https://support.apple.com/guide/icloud/restore-or-set-up-your-ios-or-ipados-device-mm7e756df7fd/icloud

Alternatively, you can export it under 'Manage Data' on the 'Me' tab - just tap on 'Restore from a Legacy Backup' and then 'Export Data'. To import it onto your new device, follow the same steps but choose 'Import Data'.
