My Data Is Missing
Unfortunately, we are aware of a rare bug where if you disable iCloud sync, some data can disappear. We have reached out to Apple for advice on how to resolve it and are still waiting on a solution.
If this happens to you, we recommend checking your iCloud settings for Progress:
- Open the Settings app on your phone
- Tap on your name at the top
- Tap on iCloud
- Find Progress in the list and check to see if the toggle is ON (green)
- Tap Turn Off All
- Tap Turn On All
If you find that it the toggle is off, other users have reported that after turning iCloud sync back on for Progress and then restarting their phone the data comes back.
