The widget isn't working
If the widget isn't loading or updating, there are three actions which will often fix it, as follows:
- Deleting and re-adding the widget
- Force quitting the main app
- Uninstalling and reinstalling the app
If none of the above gets it working again, please send us a message from within the main app via Get In Touch on the Settings tab. Screenshots of anything strange that you may be seeing is always appreciated!
