The sync with Apple Health isn't working
If the sync with Apple Health isn't working, it's worth just double checking that it's enabled, here's how:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone
- Tap on Health
- Tap on Data Access & Devices
- Find Progress
- Make sure everything is green, if it isn't tap Turn All Categories On
If you find these permissions are enabled, but it's still not working, please try toggling the permissions on and off, other users have reported this as fixing it. If you find it still not working after that, please get in touch.
